A calm, careful crew — led by Michael Merchan.
Merchan Films is an Orange County studio led by Michael Merchan — cinematographer, photographer, and former track athlete. We shoot on the Canon R5C and are FAA Part 107 certified for drone work when your building or location calls for it.
We're easy to have around: quiet, professional, and respectful of your patients, your staff, and your schedule. And we serve practices in both English and Spanish.

How fast will we get our files?
Most galleries are delivered within one to two weeks, depending on scope. We confirm the exact timeline with you before the shoot, so there are no surprises.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Orange County and travel throughout the region. If your practice is a little farther out, just ask — we're usually happy to make it work.
What's included in a Content Day?
A half-day at your practice covering your space and treatment rooms, provider and team headshots, and a batch of social-ready stills plus short vertical clips. No patient involvement is required.
How does consent work for before-and-after or testimonial content?
It's always opt-in. Patients choose to take part, sign a simple release beforehand, and you review and approve everything before anything is shared or posted. We'll walk your team through the process so it stays painless.
Do you need our patients for the first shoot?
No. The Practice & Provider Content Day is built to need zero patient involvement, which is exactly why it’s the easiest way to start.
Can you shoot ongoing content?
Yes. Many practices move to a monthly or seasonal cadence once they see the first batch. We can put together a simple ongoing plan around your calendar.
