Every player order is optional and paid directly by the family. The fundraiser contribution goes to the club or booster organization after the order window closes—never to an individual coach.

The standard $49 Player Portrait Set requires 25 fully paid player orders at least seven calendar days before the event. Club roster size is not a paid-order count. Michael also checks the crew, travel and editing budget before confirming the program.
Orders, delivery, refunds and club contribution
Each player receives five finished portraits and one 15-second vertical player intro using the agreed template, at one location and one lighting setup. Private family delivery is within ten business days.
If the minimum is not met, initiate full refunds within five business days, or transfer payment only with each family’s agreement. Full refunds are available before the seven-day cutoff; afterward, offer a substitute or available makeup slot, or refund an undelivered order. Studio cancellation means a full refund or an expressly accepted replacement date.
The club contribution is 10% of collected $49 Player Portrait Set subtotals, excluding tax, refunds and chargebacks. Ordinary payment fees are not deducted from that base. Custom add-ons are excluded unless agreed. An itemized statement and payment follow within 30 days of delivery, with later chargeback adjustments documented.
Paid orders open only after the club agreement, participation permissions, order window, private delivery and tested payment/refund workflow are ready. This page accepts planning inquiries only.
