Merchan Films uses aerial photography to show a property's footprint, setting and relationship to the surrounding area. Eligible Signature and Premier listing packages include up to five aerial photos. Flight access, weather, airspace and site permissions must allow safe capture; standalone aerial projects are quoted separately.

Show what a ground-level frame cannot

An aerial view can establish the parcel, building arrangement, outdoor space and nearby setting in one image. We plan the angles around the property's real selling points rather than adding drone shots just because a drone is available. Ground photography remains useful for interiors, finishes and the experience at the front door.

For developers and property managers, aerial content can also document construction progress or the scale of a multi-building site. Those projects need a shot list and schedule suited to the site; the standard residential listing package is not an open-ended site survey.

Confirm feasibility before promising a flight

Send the address and intended capture date early. We check whether the site can be covered safely and whether permissions or restrictions affect the plan. Weather, airspace, people, access and nearby obstacles can change what is practical on the day.

If aerial coverage cannot be performed, we agree the package adjustment or return arrangement before accepting the work. We do not promise unrestricted flights or offer a legal boundary survey. The photographs show visible property context; a survey or measured plan needs the appropriate separate service.

Combine aerials with the rest of your listing media

Signature and Premier include up to five aerial photographs when feasible. Standard package photos are delivered within 48 hours after the completed capture. Aerial video, recurring visits and standalone drone work are quoted with their own outputs and schedule.

Let us know whether the media will support a listing, leasing campaign or construction update. We confirm aspect ratios, licensing needs and the delivery set before shooting. That makes the finished aerial work useful alongside the interior photographs and ground-level video.

Standard tiers cover one ready-to-shoot residential dwelling at one address, up to 2,500 interior square feet, within Orange County. Larger homes, additional dwellings, commercial properties and travel outside Orange County need a custom quote. Parking and permit costs are disclosed before acceptance. Aerial capture depends on airspace, weather and permissions.

Is drone photography included in listing packages?

Signature and Premier include up to five aerial photographs when the flight is safe and permitted. Essential does not include aerial coverage.

Can you guarantee drone coverage at every Orange County property?

No. The address, airspace, site access, permissions, weather and safety conditions determine feasibility. Any adjustment or return arrangement is agreed before accepting a flight that cannot be completed.

Do drone photographs replace a property survey?

No. Aerial photographs provide visual context. They are not a legal boundary survey, measured floor plan or engineering assessment.
