Choose between a highlight and a story

A highlight film puts performance at the center. An athlete profile adds the person behind it: preparation, ambition, habits and the experience of competing. We agree the purpose before capture so the event coverage and any interview support the finished video.

School teams and season recaps need a different plan from a single athlete at one event. Share the sport, schedule, intended audience and key moments. We confirm the access and coverage before reserving; one operator cannot cover every athlete or simultaneous field at once.

Plan access and coverage before game day

Send the event location, start time, athlete identification and organizer's media rules. Confirm permission to film and the areas where the camera can be placed. For minors and school programs, the client coordinates the required participant and organization permissions.

A highlight package covers the agreed single event or day; travel, additional events and another operator need confirmation. If you require uninterrupted game footage or a specific coach evaluation format, say so before the quote. A cinematic highlight is a different output from a complete game recording.

Use the film with a clear expectation

Athlete Highlight includes a 1–2-minute finished edit. Athlete Profile adds the interview component described in the package. The written scope confirms capture time, deliverables, review and delivery, and a season film receives its own schedule.

The film can help present an athlete's work and story, but we do not promise recruitment, scholarship or selection outcomes. Send correct names, jersey information and any titles before editing. Agree horizontal and vertical versions when planning the production rather than assuming every format is included.
